Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

SellerRule template packs are digital products delivered by email as ZIP files. Once files have been successfully delivered to your email, the purchase is generally considered complete.

2. General Refund Principle

Because template files are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after successful email delivery. All refund requests are reviewed manually on a case-by-case basis.

3. Situations We May Review

  • Duplicate order — you were charged twice for the same pack
  • Payment captured but no delivery — PayPal shows Completed but you never received files and manual resend also failed
  • Wrong pack delivered — we sent a different pack than the one you purchased
  • Obvious technical delivery failure — confirmed system error on our side after investigation

4. Situations We Do Not Refund For

  • Dissatisfaction with Amazon appeal, listing, or account review outcomes
  • Templates not meeting expectations after successful delivery
  • Change of mind after files were received
  • Failure to check spam/promotions folders before contacting support

Templates do not guarantee Amazon or marketplace account restoration, appeal approval, or any specific outcome.

5. How to Request a Review

Contact [email protected] or [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for delivery issues, duplicate orders, or refund review requests.

Include in your email:

  • PayPal payer email or payment confirmation email
  • Approximate payment date and time
  • Template pack name purchased
  • Brief description of the issue

Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords. A PayPal transaction reference from your PayPal receipt is helpful if available.

6. Manual Review Process

Refunds are not processed automatically through the website. We verify your PayPal payment, check delivery logs, and respond by email. Approved refunds are issued back through PayPal where possible. Response times vary; we aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
