Payment Support

Template packs are delivered by email after PayPal payment confirmation. Use the contacts below for the fastest response.

Contact emails

  • Template delivery: [email protected] — missing files, resend, wrong pack, delivery to different email

Include in every support email

  • PayPal payer email or payment confirmation email
  • Approximate payment date and time
  • Template pack name
  • Preferred delivery email (if different from PayPal email)
  • Brief issue summary

Optional:

  • PayPal transaction reference from your PayPal receipt (not card numbers)

PayPal processes payment card and account details. SellerRule does not store full card numbers. Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, or online banking passwords in support emails.

Payment successful but no files received

If PayPal shows your payment as Completed but you have not received a ZIP from SellerRule, check spam and promotions first. If still missing after 15 minutes, email us and we will verify your payment and resend or deliver manually.

PayPal checkout did not open or payment failed

Try a hard refresh on the template page and click Buy with PayPal again. Disable ad blockers that may block the PayPal modal. If checkout still fails, email us with the pack name and a screenshot or description of the error.

Need delivery to a different email

Delivery usually goes to your PayPal payer email. To receive files at another address, contact us with your PayPal payer email and preferred delivery address so we can verify the payment before sending.

Received the wrong template pack

Tell us which pack you purchased and which pack you received or intended to buy. We will review your payment and delivery logs manually and reply with available options.

Want to request a template by email

You can request certain packs via our email request form without immediate payment. Approved requests are delivered manually. Use the template request page or email us with your situation.

Refund review request

Refund requests are reviewed manually. See our Refund Policy for eligible situations. We verify your PayPal payment and whether files were already delivered before responding.

PayPal payment is still pending

SellerRule does not deliver template files until PayPal confirms your payment as Completed. If your payment is Pending, wait for PayPal to update or contact us for guidance.
