1. How Delivery Works
After PayPal confirms your payment, SellerRule automatically queues email delivery of your template pack. Files are sent as a ZIP attachment to your PayPal payer email. There is no instant download from this website — delivery is email-only.
2. Delivery Timing
Most template packs are emailed within a few minutes after PayPal confirms payment. During busy periods, allow up to 15 minutes before contacting support.
3. Check Your Inbox
Delivery emails are sent from [email protected]. If you do not see the email, check your spam and promotions folders before contacting support.
4. File Formats
Each pack is delivered as a ZIP attachment containing a mix of DOCX, XLSX, PDF, and checklist files. Exact filenames are listed on each template pack page.
5. Different Delivery Email
By default, files go to your PayPal payer email. To receive files at a different address, email [email protected] with your PayPal payer email, pack name, and preferred delivery address so we can verify your payment before sending.
6. Manual Resend
If automatic delivery fails, our system retries up to three times. If you still have not received your pack after 15 minutes, contact [email protected] with your PayPal payer email, approximate payment time, and pack name. We can resend or deliver manually after verifying your payment.
7. Email Request (No Payment)
Some packs may also be requested by email without immediate payment. Approved requests are delivered manually. See Template Request for details.
